Frontier Town Camprgound, Water Park and Western Theme
Park has been a fun family-oriented resort since 1959. Our resort
has grown over the years to include nearly 600 campsites and an
ever-expanding Water Park. As an employer, Frontier Town offers

close to the beach. The campground is open mid-April to late October.
The Water Park is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The Western
Theme Park is open mid-June through Labor Day. We pride ourselves

Activities Crew

Our Activities Crew organizes and implements fun progams for our camping guests including crab feasts, pool parties, hayrides, water aerobics and dances. These positions are seasonal.
Beach Shuttle

Our Beach Shuttle takes our campers to and from Assateague Island and Ocean City, brings the public to and from our amusement complex and assists in the implementation of many of our activities. It runs daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day, specified times for Springfest and Sunfest and a limited schedule Saturdays during the Spring and Fall. Commercial Class A or Commercial Class B License and a clean driving record are required. These positions are seasonal.
Camp Store Clerks

The Camp Store is a fully-stocked convenience store that provides our guests with all of their needs from camping and fishing supplies, to gifts and souvenirs, to beer and soda, to bread and milk. Employees of the Camp Store may handle retail transactions, rent fishing boats and cable supplies, stock shelves, as well as work in the deli. These positions are seasonal.
Front Desk Agents

Our Front Desk is responsible for reserving campsites and boat slips, checking in our guests, answering and directing telephone calls, distributing visitor information, renting televisions, handling transactions as well as reporting and solving any problems that may arise with our campers. The biggest responsibility of our Front Desk is to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Interpersonal skills, money handling and proficient experience with computers is required. These positions are seasonal.
Gate Security

Our Gate Security greets all of our arrivals with a warm SMILE. They also control the flow of incoming and outgoing traffic, check dates on car passes, collect expired car passes, collect expired car passes from departing campers, check in/out Speedy Check-In campers, validate water park campers, issue one hour courtesy passes, distributes Frontier Town information and directs deliveries to the proper facilities. Strong interpersonal skills are required. These positions are seasonal.
Housekeeping

Assisting the Maintenance Department is the Housekeeping Department which keeps our vacation rentals, bath houses, the Water Park restrooms and the laundromat SPARKLING CLEAN. This position is seasonal. These positions are seasonal.
Lifeguards
- HIRING
Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of our guests while in the campground pool and Water Park. Our Water Park is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and the two consecutive weekends after Labor Day. The campground pool may remain open later as long as the weather permits. Strong swimming skills, interpersonal skills and CPR Certification are required. This position is seasonal. These positions are seasonal.
Maintenance

The Maintenance Department's responsibilities are very diverse and include cutting grass, removing trash and debris, beautifying our campground, relocating picnic tables and fire rings, cleaning sites, correcting plumbing and electrical problems, as well as maintaining all equipment and facilities.
Management

The Managers of each of our Departments coordinate the entire operation of Frontier Town Campground. They are responsible for their department's operation, scheduling, uniforms and employee evaluations.
Mini-Golf Maintenance

The responsibility of our Golf Hut Maintenance is to maintain general upkeep which includes cutting grass, removing trash and debris from our landscaped golf course and providing security to our arcade and game room. These positions are seasonal.
Mini-Golf Ticket Booth

Admitting guests to our 18-hole miniature golf course is the responsibility of our Golf Hut Attendants. Cowboy Golf is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and on weekends through mid-September. Duties include handling money transactions and distributing golf equipment. These positions are seasonal.
Night Auditor

The Night Auditor's responsibility is to check-in campers who arrive after midnight, answer phone calls, reserve campsites and boat slips, distribute visitor information, report any problems or emergency messages to security and prepare the Front Desk for the next day's shift. These positions are seasonal.
Park Patrol

The Park Patrol walks or rides in our golf carts or company vehicles checking locations throughout our complexes. They are responsible for the security and safety of our guests and cowhands. They deliver emergency messages, solve problems that arise within the campground, as well as relocating picnic tables and fire rings. These positions are seasonal.
Wild West Show

Our Wild West Show has a wide variety of seasonal job opportunities: Can Can Girls, Cowboys, Store Clerks, Front Gate, Kitchen Help and more. These positions are seasonal.
Workamper Program

Frontier Town Campground is one of more than 5,000 employers nationwide who hire seasonal employees known as Workampers. Workampers are adventuresome couples and singles who enjoy a wonderful lifestyle that combines working and camping. Our Workamper program for this year begins April 13, 2001. The program continues through the summer ending between September 15th and the end of October. We provide you with a campsite - water, electric (30 amp) and sewer - plus an hourly wage. Workamper hours normally range from 20 to 40 hours per week depending upon the specific job.
